The summer has hit our numbers hard and so we have a few spots to fill in our raids to progress further in the SF raid zones.

We are mainly looking for some extra DPS classes, a Brawler Tank and some buff classes but we might also have a spot for another Healer.

We've chalked up lots of new kills over the last couple of weeks and are starting to gear up nicely.

Despite still being short a few classes, starting with taking down Xilaxis The Explorer on May 18th each raid sees us developing better as a team, and the new confidence is leading us to clear more and more content.

Azara the Seer fell in Palace on the 23rd May, followed immediately by Kendis and Penda Parmare. We took a couple of good tries at Illisad's Barrier but by that time a weary raid force needed their rest.

Two days later, refreshed and ready for more, we took down the barrier, despite a shortage of healers, and moved on to start learning the Maalus ShadowFyre encounter. With the curses flying and more healer co-ordination that we've needed before it was a steep learning curve, and after retreating to mull over our newly gathered information, we knew it was just a matter of time.

After a warm-up picking off a few nameds in the new Icy Keep raid zone, tonights raid saw the demise of Maalus after a hard faught battle. The raid force really came through and focused hard to take this mob down.

Last night saw a full BD raid force take on the Lair of the Dragon Queen and Perah'Celsis' Abominable Laboratory.

It's been a fun time integrating our new raiders into our raid force and we're still learning how to work at our peak as a group, but even during this time of adjustment we're still making progress through the SF content.

After warming up by clearing Lair on easy mode we marched on the Abominable Lab. We took down Ernax Heridion and Sara Greenheart with no drama and had our best try yet at The Scavinator with some valuable information learned.

Haraakat The Seer fell in a routine pull and we pushed on to face temporary defeat at the hands of Xilaxis The Explorer.

The geography of the pull, the memwipes and the lateness of the hour got the better of us, but each pull took us closer to besting him. Some more practice and we'll be bidding on loot over his broken body I don't doubt :)

The combined alliance raid force marched on Perah'Celsis' Abominable Laboratory yesterday resulting in two new kills.

Short handed, but determined we discovered the mechanics of pulling the adds, then took Ernax Heridion down on the first pull. He dropped two sets of boots :

New raid new named dead. BD/AH/LE alliance went back to Lair of the Dragon Queen today.
Wyvernlord died easy this time, for the Wyrmlord we needed a few tries to learn strategy and adjust, but in the end he died too.
