Hi all, thought it only fair to post a bit about me - some will remember me from my time on Runnyeye years back maybe when I was a part of BD others might not. So a little into is in order :D

My name is Alan, I live in the UK (Coventry) and am 31 years young ;)

I have been playing EQ2 since about 5 years now. I started as a casual player, making Lineshta the Templar and then some weeks after Cheetanta my swash which most know me as. I joined Xanadu after BD and was there over a year before transferring to join Fable of splitpaw. That lasted a year - and then I joined Exordium of Everfrost. I then had a wee break from the game - before moving back to splitpaw to join Validus where I was for a further year. I enjoyed my time there and the people were amazing, it was kind of like hardcore raiding but in a family atmosphere. So you can see my time in EQ2 has mainly been raiding end game content, I have beaten all the expansion packs to date, been among some of the best raiders on offer.

Sadly for me, health implications meant I had to stop playing so much, I took a 6 month break and I work out 6 times a week at the gym so my time for the level of raiding I was a part of is no more.

So I transferred some of my toons here, where its good to be back and am going to play casual level with some old friends.

If you read all this I applaud you lol ... sorry for the ear bashing, hope you know me a bit better now.

nice to hear from you again, i got back to bd a bit more then a month back, kinda miss lots of old faces but sure is nice to be back.

things are good, moved around a bit gaming wise, spent a year on WoW & moved over to Aion when that came out, good concept but lacking somewhat.

Re building the pc to try windows 7 after x-mas & might re activate my account, maybe even level a new toon to get the feel for things again & considering coming back on a full time basis for the expansion when the playing field is leveled again with the level cap being raised... so watch this space :) obviously if you're happy to have back on old member that would be great!!
